Plans and billing

On this page you will learn:

  1. how the plans differ and what their limits are;
  2. how to pay for a plan;
  3. what happens to your memory when a subscription ends or a limit is reached.

Per-seat pricing for companies is described separately — see Organization billing.

Nightly backups run for everyone. System data (account, payments, keys, projects) is included on every plan, while content — records and sessions — is included only on paid plans: Starter, Pro, Enterprise and organizations. See Security.

  • Free — try out how an agent works with memory: 3 days, 250 records.
  • Starter, Pro, Enterprise — differ in record limits, calls per minute and session history volume; pick by the table above. Enterprise also includes an SLA and an NDA.
  • On-premise — if you need to run MMW yourself. Email support@mmwhub.tech.
  1. Sign in at app.mmwhub.tech.

  2. During account setup, choose a plan. For Free, just click “Activate Free pilot” — no card required.

  3. For a paid plan, continue to payment. Payment is handled by our payment processor; MMW does not receive or store your full card details.

  4. After payment the account creates your workspace and issues a key — its secret is shown once.

You can change your plan in the account.

  • Records. New writes are refused with a clear error; reading and search keep working. Remove what you no longer need with forget or change your plan.
  • Calls per minute. The server answers “MCP rate limit exceeded”. Wait a minute or change your plan.
  • Session history. When your plan’s volume is used up, the server answers 507 tenant_quota_exceeded; the agent stops uploading and shows a hint.

Exact values and codes: Limits and Errors.

The server reports the subscription state right in tool responses — your agent sees an [MMW Notice]:
