Who takes a seat
Section titled “Who takes a seat”| Member | Seat |
|---|---|
| Admin, head, member, auditor | Taken |
| Contractor with active access | Taken |
| Contractor whose term has ended | Not taken |
| Person in “offboarding” status | Taken until offboarding is completed |
| Person who left | Not taken; their knowledge is kept free of charge |
How the bill is calculated
Section titled “How the bill is calculated”You pay for the seats in use, with a minimum of 5.
Example: Northwind has the admin, Anna (head), Ben (member), Vera (contractor), Grace (auditor) and two more members — 7 seats.
| Calculation | Total | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | 7 × $18 | $126 per month |
| Yearly | 7 × $14 × 12 | $1,176 per year |
With only 3 people, 5 seats would be billed: $90 per month.
The admin sees this calculation on the People tab, in the “Organization plan” card: “Seats in use”, “billed (minimum 5)”, the monthly total and the yearly total.
Pilot and activation
Section titled “Pilot and activation”-
Create an organization in the account and add its structure.
-
Email support@mmwhub.tech with the organization’s name, how many people you plan to connect, and whether you want a pilot.
-
The MMW team enables a pilot — 14 days, up to 10 seats — or activates the organization and agrees payment with you.
-
The “Organization plan” card shows “The organization is activated.”, and members’ agents start working with organization memory.
Keeping seat count down
Section titled “Keeping seat count down”- Complete offboarding: a person in “offboarding” status takes a seat.
- Give contractors an access term — the seat frees itself when it ends.
- An auditor needs a seat too: for one-off reviews, consider a time-limited role.
