On this page you will connect MMW to ChatGPT through developer mode and an OAuth connector, and learn what to expect from the beta.
What you get
Section titled “What you get”- The
remember,search,forget,validate_memoryandgateway_calltools in ChatGPT. - The same memory your Claude, Cursor and Codex see with a key from the same account and project.
The local agent is not used with ChatGPT, so there is no mmw_sync_status and no session history upload here.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- An MMW account: email and password, or an API key (starts with
mmw_). - A ChatGPT account with developer mode available. Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan; check OpenAI’s help.

In ChatGPT open Settings, go to the apps and connectors section, and turn on developer mode in the advanced settings.

Create a new connector. Enter a name such as
MMWand the server URL:https://mcp.mmwhub.tech/mcpChoose OAuth as the authentication method.

ChatGPT opens the MMW consent page.

Sign in with your MMW email and password (or paste your API key) and approve access.

In a new conversation enable the MMW connector in developer mode.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”-
The connector settings should list
remember,search,forget,validate_memoryandgateway_call. -
Ask:
Remember in MMW: staging is deployed with the systemd unit app-staging. Fact key: deploy-staging.ChatGPT may ask you to confirm the
remembercall, since the tool changes data. Once confirmed, the record is saved with theunverifiedstatus. -
In a new conversation ask:
How do we deploy staging? Check MMW.Expected answer: ChatGPT calls
searchand replies that staging is deployed withapp-staging. -
